This was a large project which was in dire need of waterproofing. We started here removing aluminum from all spandrels, and patching all cracks and spalled pieces of concrete. Then applying a sealant on thousands of feet of spandrels. We also had replaced tons of lintels and to prevent further leaks through windows. Pointing was a big part of the project as well as spot brick pointing. Continuing on to replacing a few roofs and all new coping stones and flashing throughout the different buildings that belong to this complex. This complex is mixed between low and hi-rise facilities. In our scope of work we had also worked with very large expansion joints in multiple locations throughout. This project was a long one, but in the end it was very well organized and was completed in a very timely matter.
