Project Overview

From careful removal to flawless restoration our team removed the original decorative terra cotta, installed liquid PMMA flashings, and custom-fabricated copper profiles before expertly reinstalling each stone. We performed precision cutting and pointing of mortar joints, patched ornamental stonework, and rebuilt and coated the building’s obelisk. All-new copper flashing was installed below windows, large sections of brickwork were restored, and premium stucco finishes were applied. To ensure lasting protection, we completed the project with a Parapro waterproofing system. Preserving history with modern precision custom copper, PMMA flashings, and restored decorative terra cotta, crafted to last.
