This property was showing signs of wear, with dirty surfaces, failing joints, and deteriorated walkways compromising both appearance and safety. We started with a full power washing to strip away years of buildup, giving us a clean foundation to work on. From there, our team resurfaced walkways with a tough Sikalastic epoxy coating, replaced drains to improve water flow, and repaired railings for secure use. Damaged concrete was patched for strength, while ceilings and curbs were coated for long-term moisture protection. We finished with precise cutting and pointing of brick mortar to lock in lasting performance. The result is a refreshed, structurally sound property ready to stand up to the challenges of NYC weather and heavy use.
