Project Overview

On this project, we made history as the first team to rig the largest outrigger beams ever installed in New York City at the time. Our work also included extensive leak, roof, and skylight repairs, along with below-grade injection grouting and column waterproofing to protect the building’s structure from water intrusion. We applied a full building coating, performed overhead patching, and completed detailed storefront fit-outs. To ensure long-term protection, we installed advanced waterproofing systems including Parapro and Permabarrier. This project showcased our ability to deliver complex engineering solutions while preserving the building’s performance and appearance.
